The company has the right to cancel any reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, informing the guests via an e-mail, without any special reason or force majeure, whereas the only obligation the company has towards them is to refund them in case they have paid a deposit, with the amount of money they initially paid as a deposit and nothing else apart from that.
